Online booking has not launched. Requests submitted through this site are stored for owner review and do not create an appointment or reserve a time. No payment is accepted online, and automatic booking emails are turned off.

Services and service area

FreshKey Cleaning Co. offers standard occupied apartment cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning and vacant apartment turnovers in South Beloit, IL; Beloit, WI; Rockford, IL; and Monroe, WI. Nearby communities need confirmation; a ZIP code alone does not establish coverage.

We also offer Private Aircraft Interior Cleaning and Boat Interior Cleaning, by custom quote, in Beloit, Monroe and Lake Geneva, WI, subject to travel and availability. Private Aircraft Interior Cleaning is non-technical work INSIDE only: interior cabins, seating, floors and approved surfaces. No exterior washing, cockpit controls or instruments, avionics, engines, maintenance or safety-critical systems. Boat Interior Cleaning is nontechnical work INSIDE only: interior cabins and common areas, seating, floors and approved surfaces. Approved interior bathrooms and galleys may be included after assessment. No exterior washing, hulls, decks, underwater cleaning, engines, mechanical work, maintenance or safety-critical systems. Specialty work requires authorization from the owner or operator, safe site access and suitable materials.

Requests, estimates and confirmation

• Estimate: prices shown on this website are estimates, not guaranteed quotes. Vacant turnovers are custom quote only, starting at $249. Aircraft and boat interiors are custom quote after review. Inside oven, inside fridge and heavy buildup are by inquiry only.
• Request: submitting the form asks for a cleaning. It does not confirm a date, reserve a time or create any charge.
• Confirmed appointment: an appointment exists only after the owner reviews scope, location, access and availability, and agrees a specific date and Central Time start with you. The final price is agreed before service.

We may decline any request, including requests outside our service area, scope or availability.

Payment

Payment is due after cleaning is completed. No online payment is required when requesting an appointment. At launch, accepted payment methods are Cash and Zelle, paid to the owner after cleaning. No payment is due at booking, and there is no online checkout. The owner will give you Zelle details directly; this website never asks for payment details. Questions: +1 (630) 796-8740.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please contact us as early as you can if you need to cancel or change an appointment, by calling +1 (630) 796-8740 or emailing hello@freshkeycleaningco.com. We will do the same if we need to reschedule. Because payment is collected only after cleaning, no deposit or cancellation fee is charged under these terms.

Access and safety

• Give accurate details about the space, access, pets and condition.
• Arrange safe access at the agreed time; never put entry codes or key locations in the online form.
• Secure pets, valuables and fragile items, and tell us about hazards.
• We may stop or decline work if conditions are unsafe, access is unavailable, or the job differs significantly from the request; we will discuss next steps with you.

Concerns and responsibility

If something is not right, please contact us promptly so the owner can look into it. We will take reasonable care when cleaning, but we do not guarantee specific results. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law. This website makes no claim about licensing, certification or insurance.

Please use this website only to request legitimate cleaning services. Submissions are rate-limited to prevent spam. Website content may change without notice.
