FreshKey Cleaning Co. has not launched online booking. Requests submitted through this site are stored for owner review; no payments are accepted online, and automatic booking emails are turned off.
Who we are
FreshKey Cleaning Co. is a cleaning service run by its owner, serving apartments in South Beloit, IL; Beloit, WI; Rockford, IL; Monroe, WI and nearby communities by confirmation, plus aircraft and boat interiors in Beloit, Monroe and Lake Geneva, WI, subject to review. Information you give us
When you request a cleaning, the form collects: your name; email and/or phone; city and ZIP code; service type; apartment size, bathrooms, pets, floor/elevator access, condition and extras inquiries; preferred date and time (or “flexible”); optional notes; and your consent to be contacted.
For Private Aircraft Interior Cleaning and Boat Interior Cleaning requests, it also collects the site location, aircraft or boat type and size, the interior areas you want cleaned, access/authorization details and your description of cleaning needs.
Please do not include door codes, key or lockbox locations, payment details or sensitive personal information. Access arrangements are agreed directly with the owner after approval.
Information collected automatically
To limit spam, each request records a scrambled (hashed) version of your contact details and internet (IP) address together with the submission time. These spam records do not contain your raw contact details or IP address, but hashing does not make them anonymous. Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website. This website does not intentionally add advertising or marketing trackers.
How we use information
- To review your request: service area, scope, estimate or custom quote, and availability.
- To contact you about your request using the details you provide.
- To schedule and manage an appointment if the owner approves one.
- To prevent spam and protect the booking system.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
Emails
Automatic booking emails are currently turned off. If they are turned on after launch, they would be: a notice to the owner that a request arrived, and an acknowledgment to you that your request is pending approval. Emails would be sent through our email provider, Resend, from a FreshKey address, with replies going to hello@freshkeycleaningco.com. The owner may also contact you directly by phone or email.
Who can see your information
Requests are stored with our hosting and database provider, Lovable Cloud. Only signed-in accounts assigned the owner role can view or change requests; public visitors cannot read, change or delete them. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the website and, if enabled, send emails. We may disclose information if required by law. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and browser storage
Customers do not need an account. The owner sign-in uses browser storage to keep the owner signed in, and a small browser value remembers the cooldown for resending a verification email. No marketing cookies are set by this website.
How long we keep information
We generally keep booking information for up to 24 months after your last service or interaction with us. We may keep some information longer only when it is legally necessary, for example for taxes, accounting or resolving disputes.
Removing booking information after this period is currently done by the owner, not by an automatic process. Spam-protection records older than 48 hours are deleted automatically in hourly batches.
Please do not include entry codes or key locations in your request. If access details are shared with us, the owner aims to remove them once they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@freshkeycleaningco.com or calling +1 (630) 796-8740. We may need to confirm your identity first, and some information may need to be kept where the law requires.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging cleaning services and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. See also our Terms of Service and Contact page.
