- 2. The owner reviews it. Every inquiry is read personally before anything is scheduled or priced.
- 3. Scope and price are agreed first. The final scope and quote are confirmed with you before any appointment is booked.

Some work does not fit a standard starting estimate: vacant apartment turnovers (custom quote only, from $249), private aircraft interior cleaning, boat interior cleaning, multi-unit properties and any scope with unusual condition or access needs. These are quoted individually after the owner reviews the details.
A custom quote is never automatic. The owner reviews the request, discusses the scope with you and agrees a price before any work is scheduled.
